Modest, cozy room, thoroughly enjoyed it. A handy kitchenette was great and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The hotel was in a favourable location, homegrown in his garden.

The place is just a short walk from the fortress, the room was cozy and offered a nice view of the mountains, making our one-night stay enjoyable.

The value for money at this guest house was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Vardzia and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff, especially Aleksandre and his family, treated me like a long-lost family member, making me feel incredibly welcome.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, perhaps by offering more variety and freshly made dishes.

Lovely food in the restaurant, great breakfast with local products and wine, as example. Location close to Vardzia and public transport and the Mtkvari river for a swim, which is definitely refreshing during the hot days. Also, in the region...

The hotel is located in a nice building near the caves and the river. The rooms are spotless and come with a private bathroom, shower, and mountain view. It has a beautiful and stunning location in the garden.

It was based in nice building in a nice location, near the Vardzia caves. And we were close enough to the Castle ruins.

Spacious Terrace with Garden Views: Our room had a terrace with such lovely garden views that I felt like I was in a fairytale. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea, surrounded by nature's beauty.

Limited Bathrooms: Although the accommodation was fantastic, I was a bit surprised that our double room only had one bathroom. Nonetheless, this small inconvenience didn't dampen our overall experience at this delightful guest house.

Personally, I found the lack of a washing machine in the double room a bit inconvenient. But, hey, not everyone minds doing laundry during their vacation!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. The room was exceptionally clean and had a modest yet beautiful view of the mountains. The guest house is conveniently located near the river, T'mogvi fortress, Vardzia, and Zeda T'mogvi, surrounded by lovely nature.

Friendly host, welcoming atmosphere, local cultural experience, good memories, wine and homemade dishes.

I had a wonderful stay here for the second time. The location was stunning, not far from Vardzia, Tmogvi Fortress, and Zeda Tmogvi, with beautiful mountains.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this simple hotel. My room was incredible and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Having free tea and coffee was very convenient. The location was perfect and excellent - really close to Georgia, beautiful mountains, and the river with Alexandre. It also was in lovely nature.
